This service is built for brands that want to look polished, premium, and professional - without overcomplicating the message. You'll recieve a custom typography- based logo paired with a curated mini brand identity that brings your business to life with consistency and clartiy.
Required before design begins
1.Brand name (exactly as you’d like it designed).
- Whether it’s your full business name, personal name, or brand title - we’ll use this as the core of your text logo.
2. Business description or brand over view
- A short explanation of what you do, who you serve, and your brand vibe. This helps us design with strategy, not just style.
3. Visual inspiration or mood (optional but helpful)

- Pinterest boards, colors you love, fonts you hate, upload - anything to give us a sense of your aesthetic direction .
4.preferred colors or fonts (if any)
- Already have brand colors or a font style you love? Share them upfront to keep your identity consistent.
5.How you’ll use your logo
- Are you using it mainly for social media, your website, packaging, or all of the above? This informs formatting and file prep.
Content Submission
- To ensure the highest quality and most efficient design process, all content and information must be provided in digital, typed format
1. We do not accept
- Hand-written notes
- Screenshots of text
- Unorganized message threads (DMS, texts, etc)
2. We require
- All content) submitted via google docs, typed email or approved content form.
- Finalized proofread copy prior to your design start date.
3. This policy allows us to deliver professional, polished work and avoid miscommunication or delays.
After Your Purchase
- Thank you for choosing our website design service! Here’s what you can expect after placing your order.
1. Within 12 - 24Horus of purchase
- You’ll receive a design questionnaire form to collect your content, brand details, and preferences
- You’ll also receive a design contract outlining the full scope, timeline snd terms of service.
- Both forms will be delivered via email to the address you provided at checkout
Final delivery process
1.Once your design is completed and all revisions have been made :
- organized folder with all logo + brand files
- final files: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, TRANSPARENT (FOR PRINT + WEB)
Revision and Turnaround Policy
- We are committed to delivering high-quality, customized websites in a timely and efficient manner. To help manage expectations and maintain smooth project flow, please review out turnaround and revision policy below.
1. Standard Turn Around Time
- The standard turnaround time for a custom web site 4-6 weeks
- A preview link will be sent to the client upon completion of the initial build
- If the client requests revisions after preview delivery, an additional 1 week will be added to the project timeline, starting from the date the changes are submitted
2.Rush Orders
- For rush orders, the turnaround time is reduced to 2 weeks
- If the client requests changes to a rush order, the updated version will be delivered within 5 business days from the date the revision request are received.
3. Revision requests
- All revision requests must be submitted together in one complete list per round
- Revisions sent separately or in multiple messages will not be accepted as part of the same round and may extend the timeline.
- Additional revision rounds outside the included package may result in extra charges and added delivery time.
4.Revisions May Include:
- Text updates
- Image swaps
- Layout spacing or alignment tweaks
- Color or font adjustments
- Mobile/responsive fixes
5.What’s not Included
- Major design overhauls or new layouts outside the approved concept
- New pages or added functionality not outlined in the original scope
- Revisions submitted after the final approval or post-launch.
6. Additional Revisions
- Additional rev vision rounds (beyond what’s included) are billed 45 dollars
- All extra work will be routed and approved before execution
7.Final Approval
- After final design is approved and the site is delivered (or launched), the project is considered complete. Any future updates will be handled as a new service.
Photo Requirements
- All photos for banners, hero actions, and slideshows must be high-resolution (minimum 1500 px wide).
- Personal. Photos should be professionally shot or clear, well-lit, and unfiltered
- If you do not have your own brand photo, we offer stock photo curation for additional fee.
